fter browsing most fashion magazines already on newsstands, we realized that we cannot recognize any of them. On one hand, ‘western’ magazines sorely lack diversity. On the other hand, African magazines, little open to the world.
After these few observations FASHIZBLACK was born, halfway between these two currents.
From Street Wear to red carpet, recommendations to issues related to the fashion industry, we have this ambitious project to explore EVERYTHING that fashion governs, from near or far. And if the word “BLACK” seems community in some respects, the more cautious are reassured.
With a tone sometimes satirical, daring but always honest, the content of our magazine surpasses all colors of skin, because we want UNIVERSAL. Like the fashion of which we speak. More than a claim, we hope that through the stylists, models and other fashion professionals which we will be discussed, awareness is done at last.
In sum, FASHIZBLACK priority will be given to people who take both their Afro-Caribbean roots and interest in the so-called Western culture. Our ultimate question is: ARE YOU FASHIZBLACK ?Learn more…
