That means to you BEAUTY COLOR AFRICA ® ?

For me BCA represents the opening, the meeting, a bridge between Africa and the rest of the world of beauty. Unfortunately, even if the black woman is the first consumer of beauty products she is has always been neglected. This event is for me an opportunity to show the world and the Diaspora which is best on the continent and that Africa contributes to this industry.

Why are you interested in this concept ?

This is the 1st edition, but in terms of the communication being made I am sure that this event will become inevitable, we need a meeting of this magnitude on the continent bringing together brands, consumers, media interested in the black beauty. I’m in the Middle for a long time but I see what is happening in Africa by far, I have the desire and the need to go to meet these men and women who are and the beauty.

What do you expect BEAUTY COLOR AFRICA ® ?

A great organization, encounters, workshops for Exchange with brands and consumers, and especially this event allows the black beauty to have not a place, but its place in the beauty industry. We already have a lot but from a point of view of supply product and media speaking we almost always invisible.

That means to you BEAUTY COLOR AFRICA ® ?

As a young woman of Togolese origin, the concept of Beauty Color Africa has a special significance for me. I grew up with the image of Nana Benz, strong women who have continued to inspire me by making a business of coquetry. I therefore welcome enthusiastically this celebration of the beauty of women in West Africa. And it’s interesting that the grandmothers recipes and the secrets of beauty give way to a real discussion mixing several actors of the beauty industry. After all, it was time!

As a MakeUp Artist, Abidjan was already one of my favorite destinations. A beauty standpoint, a lot of things going on there: Chanel settled, very beautiful perfumeries develop there, Dove has implemented a campaign dedicated to the Ivorian and regularly made animations… So, I was very curious to discover this booming market and discover the opportunities that present themselves. Therefore, Beauty Color Africa comes at the right time, at the right place.
